Andrea Bursten has Argentinean ancestry. She's a widower due to her late husband, Argentinean businessman and writer Federico Ribero. He passed in June 2013. The businessman was diagnosed as having lung cancer in the month of the month of May in 2011. In the years since, his health has worsened and eventually he lost.
